  • Online store purchases return policy

At L'Nessah, we recognize that circumstances can change, and you may find the need to adjust your order for various reasons. We're here to accommodate your needs by offering you the choice of a replacement, refund, or store credit. Here's what you need to know:

To qualify for a full refund back on defective product to your original payment method, please return the product within 7 days from the date of shipment, begin the return process through our returns tab. If you decide to return the item between 8 to 14 days from the date of shipment, you'll receive a store credit to be applied towards your next purchase.

When returning an item, please ensure it meets these conditions:

  • The item must be unworn.
  • All tags must remain intact.
  • The item should not be altered in any way.

Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund. Here are some additional points to consider:

  • Items should be dispatched for return within the specified timeframe unless otherwise notified.
  • Until the item reaches our facility, it remains your responsibility. For peace of mind, we recommend using a reliable delivery service with insurance.
  • While return shipping costs are your responsibility, delivery charges are only refundable in the case of faulty goods.

It's crucial to provide accurate order details, as changes cannot be made once the order is shipped. If you suspect a defective product, please initiate a return via our website's returns portal and include pictures of the defect. We'll coordinate collection, and our Quality Assurance team will thoroughly inspect the product. Should it be confirmed defective, you're entitled to an exchange or full refund, with shipping costs covered.

Please note that replacement items will be subject to availability, but we will gladly issue a store credit to be used towards a purchase.

If the product doesn't meet commercial standards but isn't defective, you'll be responsible for return and redelivery costs.

  • In-Store refund policy

In store purchases not qualify for cash refunds. Store credit will be applied ONLY if item is returned within 14 days in the same condition it was purchased.

 WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Bodysuits
  • Belts
  • Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces
  • Items sent back after 14 days of purchase 
  • Items not in its original packaging and/or without original tags and labels.

    Exchanges

    Subject to availability. A store credit or refund will be offered if product is out of stock. Only applies if process is initiated within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or 30 Days for store credit.

      SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS

    • Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
    • We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
    • We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

    If your purchase was placed using a credit card and a gift card, the refund will be issued first to the gift card and the remaining funds will be issued to the credit card.

    • Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Lanessah will not be able to fulfill your return.

     RETURN TO SENDER 

    Orders that are "Returned to sender" will only qualify for a store credit. A $5.99 restocking fee will be deducted and original shipping fees will not be returned. 

     

    ABANDONED RETURNS

    If an item is returned after 21 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.
