Our delivery timeframe typically ranges from three (2) to eight (8) days on average, depending on the country of delivery. Please note that this period starts once the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment. We work diligently to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Public Holidays

Kindly note that shipping times do not include public holidays. During these periods, there may be slight delays in the delivery of your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times.

Sales Periods

Customs and Duty Charges

For shipments to countries outside of Canada, please be aware that customs duties or import taxes/COD fees may apply. To qualify for a full refund back on defective product to your original payment method, please return the product within 7 days from the date of shipment, begin the return process through our returns tab. If you decide to return the item between 8 to 14 days from the date of shipment, you'll receive a store credit to be applied towards your next purchase.

  • All tags must remain intact.
  • The item should not be altered in any way.

Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund. Here are some additional points to consider:

  • Until the item reaches our facility, it remains your responsibility. For peace of mind, we recommend using a reliable delivery service with insurance.
