Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges at Lanessah

At Lanessah, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer flexible return options that work for you. Whether you shop online or in-store, we’re here to ensure a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Options

  • Online Purchases:

    • You can return your online purchase by mail or visit our store for an in-store return.
    • If you choose to return in-store, please bring proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
  • In-Store Purchases:

    • Items purchased in-store can also be returned by mail, following the online return process. Note that shipping fees for mailed returns are non-refundable.

Refund and Credit Policy

  • Full Refund: Defective items returned within 7 days of delivery (or purchase for in-store returns) will receive a refund to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Items returned between 8 and 14 days will be eligible for store credit toward future purchases.

Sales & Gift Cards

All sales and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.


 

Return Requirements

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags intact, and unaltered.
  • Initiate your return through our Returns Portal or visit us in-store.

Additional Details

  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping fees will be deducted from refunds for mailed returns.
  • Responsibility for Mailed Returns: Until the item reaches our facility, it is your responsibility. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance.
  • Defective Items:
    • If you suspect a defect, initiate the return online or in-store. For mailed returns, include clear photos of the defect through the Returns Portal.
    • Once confirmed defective, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs for mailed returns.

Flexibility Between Online and In-Store Purchases

We offer the following flexibility for returns:

  • Buy Online, Return In-Store: Online purchases can be returned to our physical store for convenience.
  • Buy In-Store, Return by Mail: In-store purchases can be mailed back to us following online return guidelines. Shipping costs are not refundable in this case.
