To qualify for a full refund back on defective product to your original payment method, please return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, begin the return process through our returns tab. If you decide to return the item between 8 to 14 days from the date of delivery, you'll receive a store credit to be applied towards your next purchase.
When returning an item, please ensure it meets these conditions:
- The item must be unworn.
- All tags must remain intact.
- The item should not be altered in any way.
Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund. Here are some additional points to consider:
- Items should be dispatched for return within the specified timeframe unless otherwise notified.
- Until the item reaches our facility, it remains your responsibility. For peace of mind, we recommend using a reliable delivery service with insurance.
- While return shipping costs are your responsibility, delivery charges are only refundable in the case of faulty goods.
It's crucial to provide accurate order details, as changes cannot be made once the order is shipped. If you suspect a defective product, please initiate a return via our website's returns portal and include pictures of the defect. We'll coordinate collection, and our Quality Assurance team will thoroughly inspect the product. Should it be confirmed defective, you're entitled to an exchange or full refund, with shipping costs covered.
Please note that replacement items will be subject to availability, but we will gladly issue a store credit to be used towards a purchase.
